Policies

Refunds: 

Refunds will be given at the discretion of company management. Every new (unused) item purchased from Balance Sports Ltd is covered by warranty from the individual manufacturers. Warranties cover defects in materials and manufacturing. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, and racing are not covered under any warranty. 

It is at the sole discretion of Balance Sports Ltd management to repair, replace or refund defective merchandise.

Any refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for original purchase.  
 

Returns:

Within 7 days of delivery you may return any item you have purchased in original shipping condition. Include all relevant documentation and ensure all tags are still attached. Any courier postage costs to be paid by the customer.

All transactions are in New Zealand Dollars.

Cancellations:

If you wish to make a cancellation please contact us immediately via email or telephone. Cancellations will be given at the discretion of Balance Sports Ltd management.

If the product has already been dispatched for delivery we will hold payment until goods are returned in original shipping condition. 

All dispatch and return freight shipping costs to be met by the customer.
